Exchanges

1) You must include a note with your name, phone number, and a written exchange request advising us of what you would like to exchange via email. Please include this note in your return package as well.

**YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING FEES BACK TO THE SELLER & MAY BE SUBJECTED TO A 10% RESTOCK FEE IF ITEMS MEET EXCHANGE STIPULATIONS.

Once we have received your returned order, we will contact you via email to process the exchange. You are responsible for any shipping fees.

Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, makes all guarantees null and void.  We cannot accept any hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut) or if rubber bands are removed. Inspect the hair without unwrapping the bundles for your satisfaction.

Payment Terms

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Please review your order, items and shipping information carefully.  Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed and cannot be changed for any reason without canceling your order. If your order is canceled, your bank will typically hold the authorized funds from between 3 and 7 business days. Unfortunately, this is out of our control so please be sure your order information is accurate.

Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you may be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary a representative will contact you promptly after your order has been placed.

Sale Items

All items purchased on sale or with promotional/discount codes are FINAL SALES. There will be no refunds or exchanges on any items purchased during a sale or discount.

Order Processing

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. All orders received before 4:00 pm are processed the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders will arrive within the time frame selected on the order form. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order after being processed.
